Welcome to Homenea, an app made by Yusuf Yudhistira Perdana, an independent developer. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms, so please take a moment to read them.

Using Homenea

Homenea is offered for your own personal use, to help you compare homes you are considering. You agree to use it lawfully, and not to misuse it, disrupt how it works, or try to reach it in ways other than the app itself.

Your data

The homes, key places, and settings you save belong to you, and they are stored only on your iPhone. There is no account and no iCloud sync, so deleting the app or losing your device removes them, and we have no copy to restore. Read more in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Homenea is free to download and lets you save 3 homes. Optional one-time purchases add more room: +1 place, +3 places, or unlimited places. They are not subscriptions. Prices are set by the App Store, and all payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore your purchases on another device with Restore Purchases in the app, using the same Apple Account.

Estimates, not advice

Journey times and nearby places come from Apple Maps. They are estimates, and they may be incomplete or inaccurate. Homenea is a planning aid, not professional or real estate advice, so please check the details that matter before you sign, buy, or book anything.

Availability

Homenea relies on Apple services, such as Apple Maps and the App Store, and an internet connection for journey times and nearby places. We work to keep the app running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

Homenea is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the app or relying on the information it shows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will appear on this page with an updated effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
